"My passion is for wellness in its truest sense, and I practice what I offer. I love spending time outside with my dog and horse, finding amazing ingredients and new things to cook and challenging myself physically whether that is a long walk, a short run or an outdoor swim in a local lido. I have also recently come across the Dutch lifestyle concept ‘niksen’ or ‘doing nothing’ as a way of minimising stress and anxiety and minimising the overwhelm of busyness in my own life and am working to introduce this to my weekly schedule."

We often express physically what our bodies are holding emotionally and energetically. Often our back ache isn’t just a backache, or our migraines are not purely the debilitating physical condition we experience them as. They can also be our body’s way of externalising long held stress, anxiety, emotions and grief.

Reiki has been scientifically proven to reduce inflammation, speed up healing from injury and operations, improve levels of stress, anxiety and improve sleep.

I am an IPHM Accredited Reiki Master, an ACCPH Accredited Coach, trained in psychodynamic counselling skills with a master’s degree in systems-psychodynamics, and I bring the full weight of all my expertise to every client I work with to help untangle the knots leading to the dis-ease.

I have been described by clients as:
‘deeply understanding and kind’
‘warm, genuine’ and ‘client focussed,
‘warm and empathetic’

Proven client outcomes:
‘less reactionary to life’s challenges
‘more connected to myself, more at peace’,
‘feeling complete clarity for the first time in months’
‘calmer and more understanding of my emotions’.

I can provide holistic and complimentary support with the following which is a non-exhaustive list:

- Physical pain that doesn’t seem to go away
- Chronic illness and auto immune disorders
- Anxiety and stress
- Chemotherapy and other treatment related challenges
- End of Life care
- Insomnia
- ADHD and ASD presentations
- Operation and procedure recovery
