Having practiced for more than 25 years, Kate loves sharing her passion for yoga with her students. Her classes consist of inspired, flowing, meditative sequences to help calm the mind, work the body and soothe the soul.
“I distinctly remember when I first fell in love with yoga, aged 23, whilst staying on an ashram in India. Whilst I had already been attending yoga classes for a few years, the chance to practice yoga daily and get to know its rich history and philosophy awakened me to its subtle yet profound benefits for body and mind. I have been a devoted yogini ever since.
As the director and founder of Seed Wellness, Kate shares a passion of wanting to provide more to the community, bringing wellness experts together and form a trusted network for us all to benefit from. Her enthusiasm for it is infectious and working with her is a true delight.
