We are looking for someone to join us across three areas of the patient experience:

Patient experience
The first and last impression every patient has of The Doctor's Lounge.

Front of House
Welcoming patients, managing appointments, and ensuring the clinic runs with calm efficiency.

Administration
Supporting the clinical team with precision, discretion, and care.
This is a role for someone who is warm by nature, organised by habit, and takes genuine pride in doing things properly. Healthcare experience is welcome but not essential — what matters most is the right values and the right attitude.
