GIFT CARD TERMS OF SALE

Terms and Conditions​

  • Following completion of the purchase form we will make contact with you to take payment and confirm your purchase.  We accept payment by credit or debit card.

  • You confirm to us that you are authorised to use the payment method that you provide to us when placing your order.  If your payment method is not authorised, we may refuse to accept your order and we will not have any responsibility for the non-delivery of the goods.å

  • You can order multiple gift cards in one transaction.

  • Gift cards are redeemable via telephone booking ONLY.

  • Gift cards may take up to 3 working days to arrive and are sent using a tracked delivery service.

  • If you prefer to collect your gift card, we recommend arranging this with one of the team.  In order to collect the certificate in store you will need to show your Dispatch Confirmation email and a form of personal identification.

  • Activated gift cards can be redeemed at any of The Doctor’s Lounge clinic locations.

  • No change will be given; if you don’t spend the entire balance on the gift card, the remaining balance on the card will be shown on your account.

  • Gift cards can be used to purchase services of a higher price than the balance of the card; you’ll be required to pay the difference using an alternative payment method. Cash is not accepted in our clinics.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and can’t be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

  • The Doctor’s Lounge can’t be held liable for lost or stolen cards or any credit amounts held on gift cards. Damaged, altered, or cancelled cards won’t be accepted.

  • Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the issue date.  Once expired, any balance will be removed without notice.

  • The Doctor’s Lounge can’t accept responsibility for unauthorised use of gift cards.

  • Gift cards aren’t for resale.

  • The Doctor’s Lounge reserves the right to amend gift card terms and conditions at any time and take appropriate action, including cancellation of the card if, at The Doctor’s Lounge’s discretion, it deems such action necessary. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.

The Doctor's Lounge reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so; an up to date version can be found on our website.


The Doctor's Lounge Gift Cards

  • The Doctor's Lounge Gift Card (“Gift Card”) is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.

  • You may purchase a Gift Card on the phone or online at www.thedoctorslounge.co.uk. If purchasing online you will be required to confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions.

  • Gift Cards shall expire 6 months after the date of issue. After this time the card and its value will become invalid. Gift Cards cannot be extended or re-activated once the expiry date is reached.

  • When redeeming a Gift Card you will be required to provide the gift certificate number on the Gift Card.

  • A Gift Card can only be redeemed against The Doctor's Lounge products; it cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or used to purchase a Gift Card.

  • Refunds will not be given for the purchase of a Gift Card.

  • Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

  • If your Gift Card becomes accidentally damaged or if you have any issues with using your Gift Card, please contact us.

  • The Doctor's Lounge Gift Card and these Terms & Conditions are issued by The Doctor's Lounge Limited, 3-5 Clive Parade, Northwood, Middlesex, HA6 2QF.
